Our capacity is just right.

Colin Miller
Junior Energy AnalystAs long as he can remember, Colin has had a fascination with two things: buildings and the environment. Upon realizing these things could be combined into a career, working for Energy Studio was a no-brainer. Whether it is through his work as an Energy Analyst or by choosing to ride his electric skateboard instead of driving his car, Colin is constantly trying to make the world a greener place.
Colin attended the University of Nebraska Lincoln on full academic scholarship. He graduated with his Bachelors and Masters in Architectural Engineering specializing in mechanical systems design, and a minor in mathematics. Along the way he participated in over a dozen student organizations, most notably serving two years as the Student ASHRAE Chapter’s Vice President, and placing first in ASHRAE’s 2019 International Student Design Competition.
Before joining Energy Studio, Colin spent four years interning as an MEP designer. This internship experience provides him with valuable whole-building knowledge and context that influences his perspective of energy consulting.
Colin likes to enjoy his free time by exercising, learning to cook new foods, watching soccer, and beating anyone who dares to challenge him at Mario Kart. He is also on a personal mission to try every coffee shop in Omaha.
