Our capacity is just right.

Jessica Renner
Project Manager | Senior Energy AnalystJessica is what you would call a total powerhouse. She went to UNO/UNL for Architectural Engineering, but that’s just the beginning. By day, Jess performs energy analysis; by night, you can catch her jammin’ with her (Omaha Entertainment Award nominated) band Edge of Arbor. You’d never guess that she’s a total gearhead, and used to help her dad build stock cars. Rock on!
Jessica Renner, PE, BEMP, a senior engineer and project manager at ENERGY STUDIO, is a registered mechanical engineer and is certified ASHRAE building energy modeling professional (BEMP). Previously, she was a mechanical systems designer at a multinational full-service design firm, where she specialized in energy efficient design for commercial buildings, including education, healthcare, and office buildings.
Jessica is passionate about integrated process design and leads the firm’s early phase analysis efforts by facilitating integrated process charrettes and providing clients with early-phase energy and daylight analysis. Building upon her extensive experience as a GBCI LEED Reviewer, she is ENERGY STUDIO’s LEED expert and understands the subtle differences between the LEED-NC, LEED-CS, and LEED-CI rating systems. Her experience has also informed ENERGY STUDIO’s QA/QC process and has resulted in several projects being awarded LEED points for energy efficiency during the first round of GBCI review.
As a current ASHRAE Society Nominating Committee member, Jessica selects candidates for the Society-level officers and board of directors election slate. This committee reports directly to the ASHRAE membership.
